Frozen mango pieces

30g (3 level tbsp)
Coconut Yoghurt
2 tbsp (heaped)
Raspberries A handful
Blueberries A handful
Chia seeds 1 tbsp
Medjool Date (pitted and chopped) 1
Oats 2 tbsp

Prep time 5 minutes

METHOD

Place everything in a blender and blitz. Then top with your favourites - a drizzle of a good nut butter, home-made granola, an additional spoonful of yoghurt or nuts and seeds all work well.
