This 60-minute masterclass will guide you through foundational practices to nurture your sensuality and deepen your connection with your body. Together, we will:

- Learn how to relax your nervous system, creating a safe and comfortable connection with your body.
- Engage in gentle movement, breathwork, and visualization to tune into sensations.
- Discover how sensory exploration can unlock new pathways to pleasure.
- Cultivate a deeper appreciation for your body and its innate intelligence
You’ll leave with practical tools to integrate these insights into your daily life, allowing you to feel more present, alive, and connected.
Before you attend:
To make the most of this session, create a quiet and comfortable space where you can move and relax. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, and have a yoga mat, cushion, or chair nearby. If you’d like, bring a journal for any reflections or insights.
